15 January 2023 Las Vegas: An exclusive B2B event took place on 15 January 2023 at the Trattoria by Chef Joel at Ahern Hotel, (300 W Sahara Avenue, Las Vegas, NV 89102) in the frame of the implementation of the EU financed campaign CheeseEU.
Participants from the Horeca sector, distributors , journalists, and etc had the opportunity to learn more about the superior quality of the delicious European Halloumi PDO from Cyprus and also kashkaval and white cheese in brine from Bulgaria, and their specific properties and benefits, and also learn more about the participant organizations in the program.
